Dr Bravo co-founded SEI (Societe Europeene de Ingenierie Ltd. France) in 1996. That company was the embryo of the current KD Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Uruguay, MSc in Telecommunications from Cambridge University, Phd in Science from Copenhagen University, Phd in Business Administration from Oxford Said Business School and is a Chartered Electrical and Electronic Engineer (UK). He has more than 25 years experience in managing companies in different business areas as Telecommunications and Electronics.

Ms. Matringe co-founded SEI (Societe Europeene de Ingenierie Ltd. France) in 1996. She holds a Master Degree in Business Management from the University of Lyon. Over 25 years of experience in establishing and controling operations, and leading development in the Toys and Consumer Electronics Industries. With extensive knowledge of cost optimization, supplier qualification and building partnerships with vendors and customers.
